When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped 1-3 days from the time they are placed (all check/money orders and fax orders are processed upon receipt of payment, and are cancelled if payment is not received within 10 business days from the order date). Delays can be expected for special-order items such as board bags and, when out of stock.

Has my order shipped?
An email will be sent to you when your order ships from our warehouse, to let you know it's on its way and how to track it.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a resident of California or if you are having products shipped to a California address, you have to pay 8.25% sales tax on all purchases. If you are outside of California your orders are tax free
